Senior Graphics Designer

Description
The Graphic Designer supports the Front Office senior leadership team, including the creating, editing and coordinate of complex and graphic intense presentations targeted toward a wide variety of audiences. The individual is responsible for gathering technical content and distilling to salient points to communicate the organization's project and program status, marketing their products and services, etc. to audiences internal to the organization and across the IC. The Graphic Designer provides information management support in the coordination and implementation of the organization's communications strategy. The individual may be called upon to support the leadership team with strategic planning initiatives and creating the products (e.g., documents, placemats, briefings, websites...etc.) used to convey that plan to senior leaders and to the workforce. Other skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrates a creative approach to building briefings/presentations using a variety of media - including, but no limited to Microsoft Office products, WordPress, Confluence...etc.

• Works effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Demonstrates effective content and data management, leveraging repositories and other tools to file work products for future reference and re-use, as applicable, to execute comprehensive information campaigns across multiple channels, targeting specific user populations and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline and 12+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
• Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports
• Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluation and publishing of information and statistical data

• Ability to coordinate with engineers, developers and top-level managers
• Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Pay Range: Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00
