Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, business development or related roles
  • Advanced understanding of customer acquisition strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proven history of working in a highly matrixed organizational structure

Preferred Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in marketing, product, or production growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership

Job Summary

As a Senior Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing growth initiatives for lending products and technology services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external business partners to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans and execute strategies to develop, refine, prioritize and bring initiatives to life.

Responsibilities
  • Build growth roadmaps and project plans for customer acquisition and retention, ensuring balance of cross sell and broad market acquisition strategies
  • Nurture current strategies and identify new growth strategies to implement
  • Lead projects from inception to successful execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, lending/banking, capital markets, product, and analytics teams
  • Oversee and report on channel or initiative forecasts and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Report on business customer acquisition metrics and marketing performance
  • Leverage research, data and insights to forge new strategic directions, testing frameworks and growth initiatives
  • Facilitate the integration and launch of new partnerships and nurture existing business relationships
  • Support development of future growth or product opportunities
