Molex company is a leading provider of optical communication components, intelligent modules and subsystems. We are currently building our Engineering team and we are looking for a top-tier talented Test Engineer to contribute to our fast paced and dynamic business of optical network module, circuit pack and subsystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment, expertise testing optical and electrical NRZ and PAM-4 signals, experience programming using both LabVIEW and Python and experience analyzing data in JMP.

We apply our strong systems and photonic integration expertise to offer a range of products that deliver 100-Mbps to 400-Gbps data rates and comply with Ethernet standards. Additionally, we design our products to address many market segments, such as data center, access, metro and long-haul applications

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

What You Will Do
- Execute automated tests, analyze test results, meticulously debug defects, and further improve automated tests
- Create scripts to post-process, visualize datasets generated by automated tests and extract meaningful insights from test data
- Generate comprehensive test reports and perform data analysis to guide performance improvement and design enhancements
- Work closely with other engineering groups to debug defects and to enhance test coverage
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Two (2) years or more experience in test automation development with LabVIEW and Python
- Hands-on lab experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Five (5) years or more experience in test automation development with LabVIEW and Python
- Experience in the datacom and telecom industry
- Experience with optical transceivers
