Senior Help Desk (Onsite)

Insight Global is seeking a SR. Help Desk candidate to support their internal teams for 3-4 months. They are a Microsoft shop with the exception of about 5% being MAC u . They have about 150 u and this person will be directly supporting all internal employees (admins, regional liaisons, in office employees, board members, etc). They are seeking someone with strong communication both written and verbal and ability to adapt quickly.

Pay range: 24-26/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of expereince working in a help desk role
- Expereince supporting u in an Office 365 enviroment
- Expereince supporting a Microsoft Windows / Active Directory enviroment
o 95% windows, 5% MAC
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
o Ability to implement workfows and test new releases
- Expereince with remote access support tools and VPN
- Imaging tools: ECM or similar
- Knowledge / expereince with basic Microsoft Azure adminstration
- Basic Network troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Expereince supporting MS teams conference rooms
- ITIL foundation certification
