Provides multi-faceted Intelligence support services consisting of, but not limited to, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometric-related analysis and production, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers (RCM), Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target support-related intelligence support services to assigned military units, and administrative support in support of the overall Intelligence mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations.
Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations and support CJTF-OIR Headquarters, the Combined Joint Force Land Component Command (CJFLCC) headquarters and subordinate units, and the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force OIR (CSOJTF-OIR) and its subordinate units to accomplish Commander CJTF-OIR Intelligence priorities and taskings.

Responsibilities:
Intelligence Planner support tasks shall include:
Conduct intelligence analysis related to counterterrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, CI, Iraq and Syria regional issues, and targeting.
Provide senior level analytical advising for military and DoD civilian operational planning.
Advise military or DoD civilian analysts on enemy and coalition activities that affect operational planning. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: daily, verbal brief to Operational Plans Chief during OPS Plan Teams working groups (OPT WG). Research, develop, and present post-graduate level intelligence products at the operational and strategic levels for senior leadership. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: RFI response that includes data from available current and long-term/trend analysis of intelligence products.
In collaboration with other CJ2 staff, provide cultural, religious, political, geopolitical, military/social/behavioral science, perspectives on governance and development to operational planning teams and OIR staff elements as needed. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: finished intelligence and or trend analysis of operational environment by assigned suspense.
Assist with resolution of difficult and complex planning efforts in support of current and future operations.
Maintain situational awareness and analysis of regional public and multinational sentiment/reactions following major coalition operations as well as the actions of ISIS and other non-state actors in the region, factoring public sentiment into planning efforts
Interact with General Officer (GO), Senior Executive Service (SES), and other OIR Staff Planners.
Advise/inform/educate CJTF-OIR staff personnel.
Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: products for CI5 and CI35, planning briefings, inputs to draft OPORDs and FRAGOs, visual representation of broad strategic planning concepts, MFRs/written advisories and/or recommendations.
Maintain situational awareness of National Military Strategy, Joint Strategy Capabilities Plans, Theater Strategy, Theater/Global Campaign Plans, Global Force Management (GFM), Strategic Guidance Statements, Planning Orders (PLANORD), and Commander OIR policies and PIRs.
Participate in routine operational planning in accordance with battle rhythm events; Attend meetings as required.
Participate in Concept of Operations (CONOP) development, for upcoming coalition campaign within CENTCOM AOR. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: CONOP in PPT format.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree or eight years of direct relevant experience

Minimum Years of Experience:
At least eight years military experience in Military Intelligence, Strategic Intelligence, Special Operations, Area Intelligence, or Multi INTs within DoD or equivalent Government agencies or equivalent specialty codes such as MOS 35MHuman Intelligence Collector (HUMINT Collector), 18F Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant, 180A SF WO, USMC - 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy - Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - IN771 Human Intelligence Specialist, IN471B or 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst, 75091 - Special Investigator (SI)
Multiple deployments to different AORs
Superb communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level or higher
Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
Expert knowledge in SWA regional issues and political analysis
