Indotronix is seeking a Senior Java Application Support in the Pittsburgh(PA) (Birmingham(AL), Dallas(TX), and Cleveland(OH) locations

Position Title: Senior Java Application Support

Position Location: Two Client (Hybrid 1-2x per week)

Working Hours (Flexible): Monday-Friday (8-5 PM) M-F ( 8-5 pm) On Call possible flexed within 40 hr. work week; stability and soundness of the application; (Rotated amongst the team with primary)

Provide locations/flexible work by preference: Pittsburgh(PA) (Birmingham(AL), Dallas(TX), and Cleveland(OH) are accepted

Target Start Date (incorporate entire lifecycle): ASAP

Duration: Contract to hire

Position Profile:

Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:
• Track user issues
• Work with users to determine issues with net software
• Be responsible for, and master multiple subject matter areas of responsibilities.
• Identify and document best practices within their subject matter areas of expertise.
• Provide continuous process improvement suggestions.
• Maintain and document Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support productions
• React to any breaks
• Execute CER model for emerging issues
• Certifications
• On-call support

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:
• ITIL - ITOM/ITSM Knowledge and experience
• Production Support experience
• Experience being in a support team in a versatile changing environment.
• Experience managing Infrastructure drift between multiple environments.
• Experience to analyze the code written in JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot and Angular. Also experience to support OpenShift containerized Platforms.
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Big Panda.
• Experience in managing Operating Systems upgrades such as Linux, Widows, Oracle, SQL
• Experience in writing complex queries using ORACLE PL/SQL to build the reports based on Business demand.
• A great understanding of risk controls and compliance standards to goals.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and remediation techniques.

Degrees or certifications:
