Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Java Full Stack engineers with experience developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Location: Plano, TX or Remote

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions using AWS Spring Boot and Angular JS.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software projects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.

• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience working with Java.

• Possess a strong background in AWS Spring Boot and Angular JS.

• Demonstrate extensive experience in the Payer domain.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Show proficiency in agile development methodologies.

• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 8/25/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 to 114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
