GENERAL SUMMARY



Serves as a subject matter expert and consultant across the disciplines of leadership development and organizational assessment and development for all levels of leadership. Designs, implements and/or initiates programs and processes that support a high performance and learning culture, which may include team development, review & assessment, including 360 feedback;; performance management; leadership programs; leadership audits and assessments; team effectiveness; organizational audits; organizational design; and change management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides organizational development services in consultation with leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the organization's strategic plans. Works with senior leaders to understand needs, diagnose issues and define solutions.
  1. Provides manager and team coaching, training, and facilitation in areas such as team effectiveness, communication, and engagement.
  2. Designs, develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates leadership and communication skills training, tools, and resources to develop leaders at all levels, with a focus on frontline and mid-level managers. Trains trainers and ensures instructional quality and appropriate content.
  3. Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field required. Doctoral degree in organizational development, human resources management, organizational/industrial psychology, or business preferred. Five (5) years' related experience required. Experience in advanced facilitation, training, and organizational development engagements at the leadership level required. Demonstrated experience in effectively leading teams required.

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS ETC .

Certification in any of the following preferred: Communication Styles, DISC, Driving Forces, EQ, 360 instruments, coaching, and other assessments (e.g., Hogan, Birkman, Korn Ferry competency modeling), and facilitation.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

The ideal candidate will possess strong management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing; strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively multitask large projects or initiatives; knowledge of adult learning principles related to curriculum design and development; strong customer service orientation with respect for diversity and inclusion; extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs; demonstrated strong analytical and qualitative research experience; sound judgment; strong work ethic; and a high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
