Purpose Statement

The Senior Learning and Development Consultant is responsible for designing, prioritizing, improving, and delivering training programs and develop new initiatives to enable the business to deliver on strategic and operational objectives through skill and capability development.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Identifies learning needs and translates them to training programs.
• Writes training documents, operational best practices, and SOPs while keeping them updated.
• Coordinates with department managers to determine curriculum for training.
• Develops and leads full training program for new hires, as well as existing associates.
• Manages class start dates for the year.
• Partners with other instructional designers and leadership team members to create training modules to meet our development needs.
• Collaborates with the leadership team to determine who is best suited to perform various training program/modules.
• Evaluates the success of training programs, while ensuring trainee success is measured and tracked.
• Maintains best practices in training and development.
• Prepares and oversees the evaluation of new hires and current associates in conjunction with the leadership team.
• Stays current on changes in the brokerage industry, including new rules/regulations and general freight industry changes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Logistics industry experience.
• 2-3 years' experience in training delivery and instructional design for classroom & digital learning.
• Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent facilitation, listening, coaching, training, and presentation skills.
• Translating the needs of the business into effective and efficient learning solutions.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation, presentation, coaching, and training skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of web-based meeting applications such as Microsoft Teams.
• Able to multi-task and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$76,500.00 - $103,500.00
