As the Learning Production Senior Specialist, you are part of the J&J Learn Global Service Center learning and development ecosystem that empowers employees to author a balanced career. In this role, you will coordinate and support all aspects related to onsite and virtual learning production delivery, resolve issues before they arise, and focus and contribute as needed. You will provide support for developing an outstanding learning experience while maintaining the White Glove Globe service and Global learning expectations. We are looking for someone who is passionate, energetic, and agile and who acts professionally while demonstrating a clear communication style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Master Producer for onsite and virtual operations subject matter expert and key POC for the coordination and production of J&J programs.
  • Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of the course owners of the programs of our virtual and onsite production end-to-end learning delivery operation.
  • Support the ongoing development, deployment, and continuous improvement of our new Onsite Production Capability actively collaborating and communicating with course owners and project team.
  • Handles the operational execution and others such as guest arrival scheduling, procedures, program materials, initial planning, and execution to post-event review.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with catering vendors to ensure all menus are crafted and flawlessly implemented based on the program's nutrition guidelines as well as guest dietary allergies and preferences.
  • Ensures a high-quality, engaging, and memorable experience for all event participants. This includes handling the event ambiance, ensuring high-quality presentation materials, and fostering positive interactions throughout the event.
  • Manage global onsite challenges and propose solutions by facing sophisticated and unexpected global situations.
  • Will produce VILT sessions including the following tasks: take attendance, run interactive tools such as breakout rooms and polls, answer learner questions in the chat, generate and distribute links, troubleshoot issues, run chat, and support facilitator with activities and instructions.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members of the Global Services HR team(s); develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships across regions and areas.
  • Ensures all event activities align with relevant laws, health and safety regulations, organizational policies, and cultural considerations.
  • Constantly be aware, propose and design process improvement based on feedback, retrospectives and key metrics that result in an improved learner experience.
  • Constant communication with stakeholders, regional producers, coordinators, and vendor management team.
  • Keep process documentation updated, tracker information and other support resources to simplify processes and generate higher standardization for future scalability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of two (2-3) years of related experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Apply project management skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc.) to effectively deliver global onsite operations support, on time and as expected.
  • Strong business insight and teamwork skills with a focus on vendor relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans, while providing excellent customer service and flawless partnership.
  • Multicultural mentality and comfortable to adjust to different time zone impact for meetings and travel schedules.
  • Vendor management experience is preferred.
  • Strong digital literacy with an ability to understand, access and leverage technology.
  • Ability to manage change positively and sees change as an opportunity to improve processes and tools.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment is required.
  • An enthusiastic teammate with a strong aim to create a positive work connections.
  • Experience planning for and analyzing data-driven learning experiences is preferred.
  • Approximately 10% of domestic travel required.


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000- $121,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
