The Senior Manager, Global Brand Protection Services, reports to the Director, Global Brand Protection Strategy and Risk Management, and is primarily responsible for leading key aspects of centralized global operations for the GBP function to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness and support attainment of strategic goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide project- and program-related services including oversight of the team's book of work and associated governance, standardization, workflow/stage gate, and performance tracking and reporting;
  • Lead core planning processes including strategy, financial and business planning;
  • Run departmental budget and resource allocation;
  • Manage tracking and reporting of all organizational key performance indicators;
  • Define and drive operating and process standardization across the team to improve delivery of GBP services;
  • Partner with BP Technology, PSI&E, and Regional Directors to identify business needs and support delivery and implementation of products, services and solutions;
  • Support talent management, performance planning and base business needs;
  • Provide other operational support as may be determined by the Director, GBP Strategy & Risk Management.


The Senior Manager, Global Brand Protection Services is highly visible to the GBP Leadership team and ensures understanding and alignment around business objectives and gain partner support for project, program and process implementation globally.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Advanced degree in an applicable field of study or certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant business experience is required.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Prior work history in brand protection, process improvement/strategy planning or investigations/enforcement is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of key relevant business processes, such as financial planning, strategy and business planning is preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage project teams to deliver on defined objectives is required.
  • Track record of successful leadership skills in the development and implementation of organizational systems and processes is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
  • Ability to build productive relationships and work and influence effectively across cultures and functions without line authority is required.
  • Ability to work with and effectively influence all levels within the organization is required.
  • Self-direction and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment is required.
  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required as business demands.


Candidates will be expected to report to the office on a hybrid basis. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000-$203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

o Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year

o Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
