The group is seeking a Manager who will develop and oversee reporting and analytics across MLS Fan Engagement touchpoints including Ticketing, Consumer Products, and Digital Channels, as well as overseeing Club Reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain.
• 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a quantitative analysis role for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise level reporting and ad hoc analyses to drive large, complex, cross-functional reporting that aligns to enterprise strategy.
• Adept Technical/Functional experience in Excel, BI Tool(s), and SQL.

Required Skills

• Background in analytics with a focus on marketing, digital media, and/or TV analytics and research, preferably in live sports.
• Proven track record of deriving insights from large data sources and presenting in a clear and concise narrative form.
• Adept in a query language (SQL), in a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau), Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with a programming language (R, Python)
• Experience with statistical data analysis
• High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance
• Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Demonstrated decision making and solutions oriented

Desired Skills

• Experience with Exploratory Data Analysis
• Knowledge of the sport of soccer
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Total Rewards


Starting Base Salary: $110,000 - $135,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
