The Role

Our manufacturing consulting group in MLEU practice (Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities) is looking for a Senior Manager Consulting to join our journey.

We are looking for Highly skilled and experienced B2B Commerce Product Manager or Senior Consultant to help enterprise clients reimagine their digital transformation journey. Candidate will be responsible for advisory, product strategy, designing, implementing, and enhancing B2B e-commerce solutions, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality product. Candidate should have 15+ Years of relevant experience in the ECommerce or Customer Portal domain especially with B2B Commerce channel. Manufacturing client experience will be a big plus.

At the Senior Manager / Associate Director Level, this means overseeing advisory consulting engagements, being a trusted advisor to clients, establishing oneself as a thought leader in your field, solving complex problems, consultatively working with a client to achieve business goals, driving contributions to offerings and innovations, and serving as a people leader, guiding multiple teams as they work to transform a client and the world. Responsibilities

• Product Design and Build for an Enterprise B2B Commerce platform tailored to client specific requirements.
• Facilitate the Product Strategy and Roadmap discussion with business team and leadership team.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional, integration & technical specifications, and develop use cases/stories.
• Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce or similar SaaS platform, including product catalog, price books, and user roles.
• Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with Contentful CMS, other Salesforce products, SAP ERP systems, and external 3rd Party applications
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce B2B Commerce or similar SaaS Commerce platform best practices and industry trends
• Review and execute test plans to ensure the quality of implemented solutions adhere to the user stories developed.
• Provide functional or technical SME guidance to the development team to resolve complex issues.
• Guide development, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
• Advocate for and establish appropriate recognition for Consulting within projects, and negotiate applicable consultant rates in project sizing that correspond to the value Consultants contribute to engagements.
• Develop and manage the capture, communication, and sharing of intellectual property (IP) and project artifacts for a focus area, domain area, or practice management area;
• Exercise leadership in the development of Consulting service offerings;
• Leverage collegial networks across Cognizant (e.g., sales, service line community, offshore delivery) and externs partners to innovate solutioning or resolve issues; and
• Support and contribute to the establishment of thought leadership in the industry, to promote Cognizant's brand and to drive additional opportunities for Cognizant.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in one of the leading B2B Commerce SaaS vendor platforms (like Salesforce, Kibo, BigCommerce etc.)
• Exposure to B2B Data Model and OOTB domain Capabilities within Salesforce or similar Commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce or similar SaaS Commerce Platform APIs and third-party integrations
• Good understanding of on Contentful CMS or similar SaaS based CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud will be a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Remote(with 10-15% travel for customer meetings as needed)

Work Authorization

• Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $190,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
