The Core Operations Senior Manager leads Inventory Management, Procurement, Storage Solutions, and daily execution of BOPIS. They are an advocate for the field and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver the Inventory Management Lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 2 managers to deliver core operations strategies and drive day to day execution in the field
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify improvement and solutions within the Inventory Management Lifecycle and ability to create solutions to close gaps
  • Lead and Integrate BOPIS processes into current daily operations to streamline field store operations
  • Solicit and leverage field back from field leaders to understand themes, patterns, and global challenges in core operations
  • Influence cross functional logistics, procurement, merchandise planning and allocations, and finance partners to drive solutions for global field complexities
  • Create peak season core operations strategies to drive safety, simplified processes, and business results
  • Supervise the supplies and storage budgets in partnership with finance
  • Lead, inspire, and coach team members fostering individual and team growth and agility through delegation, feedback, and inspiration. Build on strengths and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated ability driving operational workstreams in a professional setting
  • Ability to prioritize and ensure execution of critical workstreams
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and ability to flex style based on audience
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional group
