In this role, you ensure all security programs and strategies are being implemented and maintained. You are also responsible for corresponding with internal and external persons. This could range from federal, state and local law enforcement, employees and more.
Job Description
The Senior Manager, Corporate Security and Emergency Operations (SMCSEO) is primarily responsible for leading a team of Corporate Security Managers who provide senior management with direction and counsel in physical security to mitigate potential and real losses. This role reviews and approves documented criminal investigations submitted by the manager for law enforcement or the courts. The SMCSEO works with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies on best practices on arrest, convictions, and restitution for criminal losses. This role is responsible for managing responses to emergency situations, 24/7, to direct the activities of BOKF personnel in coordination with the Emergency Operations Center. The SMCSEO provides oversight for the incident commander with resources and upward communication when responding to all hazards, emergency situations. This position is responsible for ensuring security policies, programs and strategies are effectively implemented and maintained. The SMCSEO plans executive protection and security for special and high-risk events, and coordinates with local law / fire / EMT, federal agencies, and private security personnel throughout events.

How You'll Spend Your Time
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in Law Enforcement Investigation; or 12+ years equivalent work experience in security operations; along with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience.
Advanced knowledge of interviewing and investigation techniques
Advanced knowledge of video and access control systems
Advanced skill in the drafting of policies and procedures
Advanced knowledge of Criminal Statutes, rules of evidence and case preparation.
Thorough knowledge of federal and state criminal and civil court system
Advanced knowledge conducting client/corporation background checks
Must possess a conceal carry license, Armed Guard Card or fall under Federal LEOSA guidelines to carry a firearm
Must meet enhanced criminal background investigation standards tied to concealed to carry functionality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient PC and Microsoft Office software skills
Advanced knowledge of the Incident Command System

How You'll Spend Your Time
- As a Senior Manager, Corporate Security and Emergency Operations, you are responsible for approving fraud investigations, setting up safety and security awareness training as well as handling risk assessments.
- You may have to lead employees during a crisis. You will need to stay up to date on industry changes and standards to ensure the organization is prepared for any and all hazardous and emergency situations.
- You will assist managers with any potential threats by fielding safety calls and acting as a liaison between the organization and law enforcement. This allows the security manager to focus on the investigation itself, since you are taking on the back end operational tasks.
