Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Senior Manager of Ecommerce Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our ecommerce operations. This role is critical in driving our business strategy forward through efficient management of the ecommerce team and strategic implementation of operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce operations, team leadership, and a vision for leveraging operational intelligence and automation to drive scalable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize ecommerce operations, including order management, fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall ecommerce customer experience.
• Utilize data analytics and operational intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within ecommerce operations.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability through process automation and technology integration.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ecommerce operations, automation, and operational intelligence.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 6+ years relevant experience
• Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and using insights to drive operational decisions.
• Familiarity with automation tools and processes, with a vision for leveraging automation in ecommerce operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,400 to $163,800. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
