Senior Manager, Global IT Procurement

LaSalle Network is partnered with a global CPG company on a Senior Manager, Global IT Procurement opening on their procurement team. The team is looking for an experienced procurement expert to support the growth and execution of Global IT Procurement. This role will serve as the subject matter expert to identify creative sourcing solutions to internal customer needs, foster procurement strategy and work closely with senior leadership on IT procurement priorities.

Senior Manager, Global IT Procurement Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead global sourcing strategies during SAP S4Hana implementation
• Foster and execute global procurement strategy while managing a team of three category managers
• Create buy-in and influence with suppliers and ability to identify best solutions and highest priority within IT procurement
• Ability to manage relationships with senior leadership and provide good/bad news on solutions to IT procurement initiatives

Senior Manager, Global IT Procurement Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in IT procurement
• Experience leading procurement during a large-scale digital transformation, preferably SAP S4Hana
• Ability to foster and challenge team of category managers to identify best solutions for high priority IT needs
• Ability to own a room and communicate with senior leadership on decisions and influence the best options
