Position: Senior Manager II, Business Analysis and Insights

Job Location: 250 Hudson Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10013

Duties: Build strategies and frameworks for scaling portfolios of key strategic partnerships that enable and accelerate new customer acquisition and growth optimization amongst existing Walmart+ members. Identify , structure, negotiate, and lead strategic discussions c-suite executives. Develop data-driven business opportunities through business cases, by identifying program and project opportunities; determining program and project feasibility through data analysis; assessing the financial and physical performance of each program; and driving strategies with cross-functional teams to support and champion recommended partnerships. Own and manage the full lifecycle of partner engagement, deal-making, and partnership implementation. Lead contractual negotiations on key business terms with strategic partners by creating factual, rational, and compelling data-based insights and arguments and drive win-win outcomes for Walmart and Walmart Partners. Collaborate with the legal team to execute partnership contracts. Own the discovery of partnership launch requirements and achieve alignment on project timelines, task schedules, and resources. Work closely with product and engineering teams to include any partnerships builds and integrations in product roadmaps. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the marketing content for socializing partner promotions across multiple digital assets. Educate internal cross-functional teams on upcoming partner promotions by developing and delivering partnership overview presentations and FAQs. Define key reporting requirements to track success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Analyze post launch data to improve the offer structures for future launches. Conduct research and assess the competitive landscape to identify new markets and partnership opportunities. Develop and maintain roadmaps for partnerships that help accelerate customer acquisition and drive incremental revenue for the Walmart+ loyalty initiative. Create and lead executive presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders for alignment and approval on strategic partnerships. Build and sustain relationships with key external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders within Walmart that power the business forward. Be the point of contact and leader for resolving complex partner escalations across different categories (e.g., financial, operational, technical, regulatory). Establish guidelines and best practices to develop streamlined and scalable processes to ensure the smooth execution of partnerships. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or related field and 4 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related field; OR Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related field .

Skills required : Experience with business development. Experience managing all aspects of loyalty experience solution development, including discovery, needs assessment, ideation, product development, marketing, sales strategy, and channel expansion and enablement. Experience developing pricing analysis models to recommend pricing based on key metrics that drive business growth. Experience developing financial models and executing financial analysis for growth and revenue projections. Experience gathering and analyzing information from various source to derive key data points that inform and drive business decisions, including partner selection and offer structuring. Experience understanding and supporting the resolution of technology integration issues through APIs. Experience establishing , optimizing , and improving the end-to-end partner lifecycle management process. Experience with project management and achieving alignment on project timelines, task schedules, and resources. Experience with Market Research, including analyzing key industry, market, and competitive trends to inform acquisition strategy. Experience developing presentations for leadership for approval and alignment. Experience negotiating key business terms, including offer construct and pricing, to structure and execute contracts with external companies. Experience developing marketing strategy. Salary Range: $ 129,688/year to $ 216 ,000/year . Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives . Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives .
