We're looking for an amazing IT Risk and Compliance Senior Manager to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of PCL's IT Governance and Risk Program. This includes providing oversight and facilitating the identification, analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of the overall security risk profile/posture across the brand. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to SOX readiness and reporting, PCI readiness and reporting, Business Continuity planning, Disaster Recovery planning, Internal Audit finding response and Identification, monitoring, and management of cybersecurity risks.

Responsibilities
  • SOX Compliance: Oversee and manage all activities related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Ensure that controls are in place and effective, coordinate testing efforts, and facilitate remediation activities as necessary.
  • PCI Compliance:Lead efforts to maintain compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary controls and processes, conduct assessments, and address any compliance gaps.
  • Security Risk Management & Tracking: Manage PCL's cybersecurity risk management, including development, management/tracking, and monitoring of PCL's cyber security risks and provide reporting.
  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Drive the development and maintenance of business continuity plans to ensure the organization can continue essential operations during and after disruptive incidents. Collaborate with business units to identify critical functions and establish recovery strategies.
  • Disaster Recovery (DR):Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and procedures. Coordinate testing exercises, identify areas for improvement, and ensure readiness to respond effectively to any disruptive events.
  • Program Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT risk management initiatives. Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of program objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communications: Communicate regularly with Corp Cybersecurity, Internal Audit, PCL IT, and other key stakeholder groups to provide updates on program activities, status, and risks. Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes as necessary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree - Information Security, Information Technology, Audit, Risk Management. CRISC, CISA, CGEIT Certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive IT, auditing, strategic risk management, and/or business/management consulting with exposure to Fortune 500.
  • Experience working within an IT Security practice, preferably having leveraged GRC tools, such as OneTrust. Experience in SOX, PCI and Third-Party risk management, and security risk programs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this position is HYBRID based in our Fort Lauderdale office. Successful candidate must be within driving distance and able to go into the office 3 days per week.

  • Base Salary Range: $133,100.00 to $179,700.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
