About our Team

The Marketing Analytics team provides marketing data analytics support to all businesses within the Business Services vertical of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

About the Role

You will be using your skills to encompass the full range of strategic and tactical planning and analysis. You will be optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall decision-making processes of B2B marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive set of self-serve dashboards and reports, driven by business needs, that provide a clear view of marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.


  • Developing and/or managing delivery of standard marketing data sets into reporting eco system; centralizing, simplifying, and standardizing frequently used data.


  • Delivering data and insights to business leaders and provide ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Identifying, recommending, and coordinating implementation of improvements in our data environments, to enable more robust and streamlined reporting capabilities.


  • Working closely with internal teams to align with business objectives.


  • Conducting industry research and provide analysis & recommendations related to campaign performance measurement strategies and frameworks.


  • Performing all other duties assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Have Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.


  • Have proven experience in marketing operations, analytics, reporting, and project management within a B2B marketing context.


  • Be data-driven and proficient with advanced analytics skills such as data mining, querying, analysis, and visualization.


  • Have advanced problem-solving skills.


  • Have in depth use and experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.)


  • Have significant experience from a corporate or consulting background.


  • Show aptitude for managing others, including through change.


  • Have extensive experience in a business analysis or continuous improvement role.
