Senior Manager of FP&A and Accounting

LaSalle Network has partnered with a rapidly expanding healthcare company based in Northbrook, Illinois, seeking an experienced Senior Manager of FP&A and Accounting to join their growing team.

The Senior Manager of FP&A and Accounting will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis and accounting functions to support our client's growth objectives. This individual will own day to day FP&A and modeling work, month end close and assist in presenting results to investors regularly. This role will work primarily remotely with the expectation to be in the office a few times a month in Northbrook, IL. Budget for this role is $140,000-$180,000 with target 20% bonus eligibility.

Senior Manager of FP&A and Accounting Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting and analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement best practices in financial operations

Senior Manager of FP&A and Accounting Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and accounting roles, preferably in healthcare
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Experience with Airbase software a plus but not required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to various stakeholders
