What We're Looking For:

The Senior Manager, People Operations is responsible for leading the HR operations team to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organization. This role focuses on creating a seamless and positive experience for employees through efficient HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR data management.

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our People Operations function. In this position, you'll spearhead the Global People Operations team reporting into the Senior Director, People Operations.

You will work closely with People Ops leads in the Americas, EMEA and APAC and their team members across multiple countries, employees, managers, and other HR team members, driving strategic initiatives and projects to enhance the employee experience.

The Senior Manager, People Operations will work closely with other HR leaders to support the overall People Operations strategy and enhance the employee experience with the People first mindset.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee day-to-day People operations, including employee lifecycle management and People data administration, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data and HR records.
  • Lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Global onboarding process to provide a positive experience for new hires.
  • Overseeing the Global off-boarding process, ensuring that all aspects are handled within local compliance.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks with the Total Rewards team.
  • Work with the compliance team to ensure that all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including employment laws, data privacy, and health and safety standards.
  • Ensure immigration support globally by partnering with HRBP's and managers.
  • Manage internal audits of HR processes and lead all global audits.
  • Manage the HR Information System (Workday) and other HR tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Guide the team with Global Leave management and ensure timeline processing of leave pays.
  • Lead or support HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making, support the rest of the People Team with reporting and data insights.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual data audit of employee information in Workday and ensure data integrity.
  • Lead and support the implementation of new HR technology rollouts with leading teams in testing and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to ensure a cohesive approach to HR service delivery.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the People operations team leads and provide guidance and support to ensure high performance culture within the team.

What You'll Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • 8-10 years of dynamic experience in a People Operations role within a fast-paced environment, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Ability and willingness to manage teams in multiple time zones.
  • Prior experience using Workday is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, showcasing prowess in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent handle of People metrics and with demonstrated ability to craft insightful Excel reports and wield strong analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated to upholding confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  • A vibrant sense of humor, adaptability, and a knack for innovation in challenging situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Openness to a hybrid work schedule, requiring two days in the office per week.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US.

  • Base Salary of $115,000 - $120,000 USD per year + discretionary annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan.
  • Total compensation range for this position: $115,000 - $138,000 USD per year.
