The Role and What You'll Do:

The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns to promote the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. This role requires a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for soccer. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital advertising efforts, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive hospitality sales and customer engagement for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search (SEM), display, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, platform representatives, and influencers to ensure optimal campaign execution.
  • Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to create reports and dashboards that enable data-driven optimization decisions.


You Have These:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.
  • Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution.
  • Knowledge of emerging performance marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$108,750 annually

$145,000 annually
