JOB SUMMARY:
Leads the development of data tools, providing analytics and insights, and driving data-driven recommendations to optimize Private Brand Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role will involve tracking product performance, managing data flow to the team, creating operational scorecards, managing budgets, forecasting sales and promotional spend, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, a proven track record of delivering actionable insights, and the ability to drive operational execution through data-driven tools and strategies.

• About This Opportunity
JOB SUMMARY:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads development tata tools and provides analytics and insights & frameworks to analyze business performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimize business strategies. Monitor and track the performance of products across various metrics, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop & manage the financial budgets for private brand categories. Track sales, profitability, and financial performance against budgeted targets.
- Creates Tools to Drive Operational Execution: Develop and implement data-driven tools and systems to drive operational execution and improve business performance. This includes dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms to monitor KPIs and track progress against goals. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth at the regional level.
- Manages Qualitative and Quantitative Data Flow to Team: Oversee the tool build & flow of qualitative and quantitative data to the team, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of data sources. Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Forecasts New Items Sales Generation & Promotional Spend: Collaborate with demand planning and category teams to forecast sales generation for new items and promotional spend. Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and promotional strategies.
- Makes Data-Driven Recommendations to Optimize GTM Strategy: Utilize data analytics to make data-driven recommendations to optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This includes pricing strategies, promotional tactics, channel optimization, and product assortment planning.
- Collaborates with Demand Planning, Category Team, Product Development Team, Procurement Team, and Product Management Team to align data analytics initiatives with business objectives.
- Manages Accruals: Oversee the management of accruals related to sales, promotional spend, and other financial obligations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

- Expert Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in Retail analytics and financial planning
