Monday-Friday - Remote - Position requires to attend to Corporate Office in Central Florida 4 times a month.

The role you'll contribute:

The Senior Manager of social media and Content Strategy serves as a digital storyteller and strategist in managing the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic, omnichannel content that educates and engages. This position reports to the Director of social media and Content Strategy and supervises the digital content team.

This role oversees the strategy and daily operations, strategies and execution of AdventHealth's global social media accounts. This position works directly with our local marketing partners, located at our facilities, focused on creating content that aligns with their local social media marketing campaigns while delivering increased audience engagement.

• Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Director of Digital Brand & Content Strategy and Director of Content Strategy.

• Manage and elevate the social media team, cross-functional stakeholders and partner/vendor relationships, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervision.

• Manages social media platforms, audits, analyses, and migrations across multiple digital platforms.

• Define and drive organizational social media goals, strategy, and tactics, including the development of content strategies and associated editorial calendars to propel engagement with AdventHealth.

• Work closely with leadership across the organization to manage the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of content for all digital channels and campaigns.

• Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams and vendors/partners to ensure content is successfully delivered.

• Provide content strategy recommendations to local market teams based on information through content analysis, site audits, competitive assessments, focus group testing, and metrics.

• Manage content inventories, audits, analyses, and migrations across multiple digital platforms.

• Ensure education on and adherence to social media policy, brand standards, style guides and approved messaging for all digital content.

• Create social media and content strategy roadmaps that supports business needs and growth goals.

• Define, establish and manage metrics to measure the effectiveness of content solutions including ROI, content/brand integrity, content accuracy and relevance, efficiencies gained in content lifecycle improvements.

• Demonstrate and advise others on digital storytelling.

• Continually evaluate efforts and determine resources (e.g. staffing, vendors, costs) needed for future success.

• Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.

• Creates compelling social campaigns and partnerships that combine content with influencer collaborations and expand our reach in the markets we support.

• Tracks and generates campaign performance reports by analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies, report findings, and reassess campaign strategy based on results.

Perform ongoing analyses, message mapping, content audits, etc. to drive strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 5+ year's experience with organic, paid and boosted social media campaigns

• 5+ year's experience with Facebook Ads Manager or equivalent social ad strategy and execution

• 5+ year's experience leading and developing teams

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field and 5 years of experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Master's degree preferred or equivalent.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will be responsible for leading and developing Social and Content team members.

• Will be responsible for helping build, sustain and grow our team culture.

1) Strong social media platform strategy experience with a large brand or within healthcare.

2) Have led and developed high performing social media teams.
