Join our product development organization as a Senior Manager to help our customers effectively configure and manage their Landing Pages and Surveys. The Landing Pages and Surveys team is on a journey to modernize capabilities to serve our customers better, and through this journey we want to uphold the highest operational excellence standards and deliver stellar user experiences.

Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our NYC or Atlanta office two or more days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide constructive and clearly communicated feedback and co-create growth plans with individuals. Build a high performing team by hiring and evaluating team members performance based on Intuit's engineering rubrics.
  • Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable web applications with holistic ownership and utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics for APIs and experiences.
  • Engrossed in the details of the product, tech, and architecture in order to co-create a feasible development plan with cross-functional stakeholders (Product management and Design).
  • Lead the evolution of our capabilities on both Frontend and Backend and drive within your domain capabilities the continuous modernization and improvement of our operational and performance metrics.
  • Coach the team to deliver high-value outcomes, managing deadlines and deliverables, while keeping transparency over the rationale. Help teams sift through any noise with clearly communicated vision and priorities.
  • Collaborate with peer managers to provide coherent group leadership and foster a stronger together culture that deeply values diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Proactively identify team blockers. Define and execute remediation steps to keep the team velocity and deliverables value to customers high.
  • Ready to quickly learn and review the code, when needed for evaluation and discussions, and comfortable navigating PHP, React, MySQL, AWS technologies, and speaking to a diverse set of languages such as Go, Kotlin/Java, Spring Framework.
