Job Overview:

This is a key management role in Talent Acquisition that allows you to have a significant impact at Arm during a period of sustained growth. A matrixed role where you will work closely to guide the output of our team to refine and implement the strategy and direction for the attraction and selection of talent for engineering and business operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver change and evolution to the talent acquisition strategy and the wider impact of People Team activities, as a key member of the global talent team and work with local partners across our business groups to proactively drive critical initiatives in this space.

Responsibilities:

To ensure our continued success within the region, you'll lead a small team of full-cycle in-house recruiters focused on recruiting hardware and software engineers.

You’ll work with our engineering teams to deliver our hiring goals within our US/Canada locations. You will build out our strategies to attract extraordinary talent to add to Arm’s capability and continued growth while providing updates on hiring status, and advice on creative sourcing strategies whilst coaching and mentoring a high-performing TA team.

Leading by example, and build strong working relationships with your peers across Arm to develop a cohesive approach to hiring at a global level, with the right degree of local country tailoring to meet the challenges and opportunities within each region.

You will show skill in collaborating, transitioning workload, and supporting team members in your region. Together, we will build strategies, deliver projects, and improve processes, as well as the core metrics of success for Talent Acquisition in US/Canada region.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability in leading talent acquisition teams, with a focus on strategy, planning, and execution.
  • A deep understanding of the technology talent sector, ideally in a software or hardware engineering environment with extensive knowledge of the challenges, opportunities, and trends within the US/Canada region.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to meet the needs of our ambitious hiring plans.
  • Be accountable for overall team goals in line with industry benchmarks.
  • Measure and cascade recruiting reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence, and make decisions informed by data.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate and further positive relationships.
  • Passionate about innovation and able to apply your critical thinking through attention to detail to handle all aspects of hiring.
  • Confident in pulling Excel reports, crafting pivot tables/dashboards, analyzing data, and comfortable sharing and addressing diverse groups as an ambassador for TA activity.
