Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Location: Lake Buena Vista, Orlando, FL

The role you'll contribute:

The Senior Manager under the general direction of the Director monitors day to day operational activities of urgent care centers. Assists with developing, coaching and mentoring the professional development of Center Managers. Evaluates operational measurements as assigned by Director. Completes assigned special projects. Assists with activities related to all aspects of urgent care according to the philosophy, policies, procedures, and objectives. Provides assistance to physicians and maintains equipment. Schedules and coordinates onsite events for municipality clients. Assists sites with reporting and tracking for employees. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Participates in process and performance improvement and assists in the development of action plans to improve patient care and essential processes including staffing effectiveness

• Responsible for managing clinic managers, their centers, and their float pool.

• Embraces and seeks out continual learning and improvement of self as well as employees

• Actively promotes team building and employee engagement, patient satisfaction, and a culture of safety for employees and patients. Develops and maintains a highly engaged workforce

• Assists the Director with maintaining relationships with Corporate Clients and their employees

• Provides ongoing assistance to Managers as a daily operational resource.

• Performs a wide range of duties in support of departments as requested by Director and Administrators.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field and

Minimum of 2 years management experience

OR

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field and

Minimum of 5 years management experience

OR

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and

Minimum of 4 years experience in related field
