Work You'll Do

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the realm of Workday Adaptive Planning, and will possess strong leadership and mentoring skills. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, driving sales, and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and manage global Workday Adaptive Planning projects for Financial and Workforce Planning across diverse industries.
  • Develop and implement a global estimation framework for Workday Adaptive Planning to efficiently estimate project timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Assist member firms in establishing their Workday Adaptive practices through project delivery and sales support.
  • Partner with Workday to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) to win deals.
  • Develop and secure operate deals for Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Collaborate with Workday HCM teams to establish a Workforce Planning roadmap and accelerator.
  • Lead practice development initiatives and create standardized sets of collaterals for responding to RFPs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor and develop new consultants.
  • Conduct internal training sessions and create training materials on Workday Adaptive Planning for global teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and architecting Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

This compensation range is specific to New York state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167k to $223k

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
