The Worldwide Flex DP Experience team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Flex DP Experience to join us and lead the team which will help us answer questions, like: How do you improve the experience of hundreds of thousands DPs through product, and program interventions? What innovative products, and strategies will help solve their pain points? How to substantiate those pain-points through in-depth dive deep and secure leadership alignment. This role will require working with program, and tech teams across the world to define, prioritize and deliver key enhancements to our existing processes, and products. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

\t• Manage a team of program managers to identify and implement projects, features, processes and systems that improve Flex DP Experience

\t• Write business and technical requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams.

\t• Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.

\t• Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context

\t• Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key operations' metrics.

\t• Own the operational performance and all metrics/KPIs for DP satisfaction with other teams in Amazon

\t• Own performance, and career development discussions for your direct reports.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 9+ years of program or project management experience

- 4+ years of team management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience managing teams of 6 or more

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
