Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer

Job Description

The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top manufacturing clients to find a Senior Project Engineer (Automation & Capital Projects) to join their flagship business unit.

With increasing product demand, and sales channel growth - there is a continued need for CAPEX improvement and projects network wide. This role will be a critical impact player for them, and with success will have a high amount of visibility and leadership path within the organization long-term. This role will manage everything robotics and automation for multiple sites and have a team.

The ideal candidate would have a blended background in Project Engineering & Equipment Reliability/Improvement for automation equipment. We are looking for a self-starter, with a strong sense of urgency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years working in a Manufacturing (Industrial Continuous Process Mfg Preferred)
• Experience in the Design, Installation, and Project Management of Industrial Automation Equipment
• Solid Lean Manufacturing Understanding
