Job Duties

POSITION: Senior Marketing Analyst (Business Intelligence Analyst)

WORK LOCATION: Durham, NC (Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S)

JOB DUTIES: Provide business intelligence analytical insights and recommendations to enable customer lifecycle management and Go-To-Market strategy. Develop scalable models to drive new acquisitions, product, and channel decisions. Provide analytical deep-dives, monitor and optimize the marketing channel performance. Design and execute testing strategies for improving individual performance across channels. Integrate data from various sources and develop Machine Learning algorithms to build propensity and value models for different products and geographies. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams for various Sales and Marketing programs and initiatives, Make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results. Present recommendations to senior-level executives and measure effectiveness of recommendations by monitoring their impact. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

What You'll Need to be Successful

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering , Information Systems, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in a data-analytics occupation, including 1 year of experience in each of the following: analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations; programming languages, including Python, SQL, and Java; use of visualization tools (Tableau and/or Qlikview); developing Machine Learning algorithms; and designing and executing testing for channel performance.

All experience may be gained concurrently.

Base pay may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee's role. Company benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life, AD&D, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, 17 days of PTO annually, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, an employee assistance program, and subsidized transportation options for commuters.
