Overview

Minimum Qualifications:
Business-owner mindset: take initiative and get things done with a focus on results
Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field, with 3-5 years of experience
Agile mindset, capable of responding quickly to changing marketplace dynamics

Strong influencing and collaboration skills; able to lead in a cross functional environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to travel domestically required (up to 10% of the time)
Digital mindset with a strong understanding of content and social channels
Preferred qualifications:
Budget management experience
Analytic horsepower that translates data into insights and actionable recommendations
Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI)

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving focus against key areas of strategic brandgrowth and transformation, for American Standard. They will act as a point of contact for Brand Activation tactics supporting the Core business, including collateral material development (i.e. sell sheets and brochures), e-commerce content (i.e. infographic and A+ content), and top customer planning support. They will lead elements of Brand digital consumer engagement and CRM content, as well as Influencer management. They also
will be instrumental in managing, processing and tracking the team's purchase orders. Reporting to the Leader (Sr. Director) of the American Standard Brand for North America, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will be charged with unlocking opportunity areas of strategic importance to the brand requiring intensive focus and resource allocation.

such as essential brochures, sell sheets, etc. 20%
Supports brand e-commerce acceleration efforts externally and internally, guiding brand
requirements, focus and execution; 20%
Leads Sproutloud & Highspot asset creative and helps to eliminate outdated items; 10%
Supports top customer planning, engaging directly in planning process and recommending key
activities alongside crucial Channel Marketing team, ensuring exceptional follow-through; 10%
Drives consumer digital engagement, CRM content creation and Influencer content and product
management 20%
Manages purchase orders and help with monthly reconciliation with the finance manager and
Brand team members; 15%
Share successes and best practices across the portfolio and through the company 5%

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $54,000.00-$82,000.00

annually.

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
