Minimum Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in a marketing role or at an advertising agency
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent competency
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Expert in project management principles
  • Experience in marketing automation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting marketing related data
  • Demonstrated excellence in growing a brand and products through integrated marketing programs

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager leads the expert development of complex integrated marketing strategies and plans, from reporting to creative growth and media implementation. Deeply analyzes previous data and current market trends to identify opportunities for increased brand awareness, sentiment, and affinity. Improves marketing management methods through the proper use of customer and consumer insights. Develops the overarching strategies designed for structuralizing consumers. Understand our company's vision and values to translate them into an effective brand campaign.

Responsibilities
  • Develops brand and product marketing strategies, creating successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Writes inspiring briefs based on the industry standards, target market, and competitive landscape
  • Carries out qualitative and quantitative research and analyze campaign performance data to provide recommendations for enhancing our ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Mentor other Marketing team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agency teams and vendors to meet marketing campaign goals
  • Ensure expectations with the team and external stakeholders are clarified between all parties involved
  • Identify new opportunities to test internally or with agency partners
  • Create, compare, and maintain performance metrics to drive change to increase and improve business

Colorado, New York City, California, and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is eighty-four thousand dollars to one hundred seventy-seven thousand dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
