Sr. MES Engineer - PharmaSuite

Job Location: Concord, NC

We are seeking a Sr. MES Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTPS and Computational Biology. This role involves driving product development and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company objectives.
Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Provide technical expertise in FTPS to guide the development team in creating robust solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new product features.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the field of Computational Biology.
Develop detailed product specifications and ensure they are communicated effectively to the development team.
Monitor and evaluate product performance making data-driven decisions to enhance functionality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to update them on project progress and gather feedback.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes.
Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on new product features and functionalities.
Manage product documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team to encourage creative problem-solving.

Required Qualifications:

Chemical/Electrical/Electronics/Computers/Instrumentation & Controls/ Automation Engineering
Possess a strong background in FTPS with hands-on experience in implementing and managing FTPS solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in Computational Biology with a deep understanding of its applications and challenges.
Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey technical information.
Show proficiency in project management with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
