The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior .Net developer with Azure DevOps to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the "team", drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.

Location: Richmond, Virginia (Needs to work in EST Time Zone)

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience and must have hands-on experience in both .Net and Azure CICD pipeline
• Create CICD pipeline for .NET web applications using Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Design and Develop Web application using Microsoft Technology like MVC and SQL Server for DRUI.
• Design and Develop multiple Console applications using C#.Net and SQL Server as database background for web application
• Design and develop Scheduler application using .Net Core 2.1.
• Code Enhancement, changes and defect fixes on Web API and Web Services.
• Code Enhancement for Empower Conversion.
• 10% of the work allocated for PROD issue code fixes and covering SCRUM meetings like Stand up, User Story Grooming, Sprint Retrospective
• Good Analytical, client stakeholder management and strong communication skills
• Must have exposure to VERA code and Agile methodologies.

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422- $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
