Insight Global is looking for Senior .Net Developers to join a new team a client is standing up. The Developers will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing complex programs that support a range of business solutions. This involves understanding the business requirements of the customers, creating and delivering cost-effective solutions to meet those requirements and providing ongoing maintenance of existing systems. This role is hybrid onsite every other week (5 days in office, then 5 days remote) in Richmond, VA or Columbia, SC.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong .NET skills with web and mobile development
- Skilled in Python. Other programming languages like C# or JavaScript helpful
- Azure Services - Azure OpenAI Services, Storage Accounts, Cognitive Search, App Insights, App Services, Key Vault etc.
- Prepare materials for design reviews, feature reviews, product design sessions, and sprint reviews, as needed.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Dynamic prompt engineering
- PowerApps/Power Platform
