Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior .Net Full Stack Engineer with experience developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities
• Lead preparation, review and analysis - Software specifications for complex products and systems; The design, functionality, technicality of user documentation. Test strategies; Development, test and integration of code for new or existing software of significant complexity involving multiple teams. Corrective action for issues contributing to software defects and business process problems. Deployment of projects and products of significant size and complexity.
• Design and implement software lifecycle and quality assurance methods.
• Define, measure, analyze and improve corporate and departmental quality metrics.
• Drive the implementation of Closed Loop Corrective Action systems for projects and processes that span multiple departments.
• Provide accurate resource, schedule and cost sizing for software development and deployment projects of medium complexity.
• Understand and communicate industry trends and drive the corporate strategic direction for software/storage and systems.
• Drive idea generation for new software products or for the next version of an existing products.
• Create user documentation of software products/solutions.
• Develop high availability and highly scalable applications which will be used by external customers.
• Work with clients and product managers to determine software requirements and system impacts.

Qualifications
• Understanding design patterns and principles for developing microservices.
• Experience developing REST APIs, with message broker technologies (preferably Kafka and RabbitMQ), with NoSQL databases (ideally Cassandra).
• Knowledge of C#, and .Net core, Git.
• Generate unit and functional tests.
• Analyze business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to resolve/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Proven experience and strong commitment to writing and maintaining Dell quality code using TDD approach.
• Communication skills, be a fast learner and can adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment (some pair programming).
Desirable Requirements
• Experience with cloud native architectures and infrastructure.
• Vmware Tanzu (Pivotal Cloud Foundry - PCF).
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, and Razor Pages.
• Knowledge and proficiency of CICD technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $52K - $145K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
