Job Description:

The Operational IT and Security Auditor will play a key role in assessing operational and IT environments to ensure they meet the company's standards and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational engagements, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and lead a team in understanding complex environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational and IT audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Clearly articulate risks and develop risk assessments.
  • Work with ambiguity and lead a team in understanding complex environments.
  • Develop and implement audit plans for operational areas without a clear set of controls or framework.
  • Lead the execution of audits with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in operational IT and security auditing.
  • Strong experience in working with ambiguity and leading teams in understanding complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks and develop risk assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead the execution of audits with minimal oversight.
