Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to assist our large renewable energy client's HR team. This role will be responsible for executing the full payroll lifecycle. This role involves managing payroll data, processing employee payments, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with the companys policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, they will be collaborating with HR, IT, and Workday teams to ensure payroll operations run smoothly.

Core Responsibilities:
Ensures payroll is accurate, efficient, and follows laws and tax rules
Manage any employee inquiries promptly
Manages the payroll data such as hourly rates, salaries, bonuses, time worked, leave, etc.
Processes wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other payments.
Ensures the correct processing of taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
Prepares management reports on earnings, taxes, W2s, deductions, advance, and any additional reports.
Ensures compliance with reporting and filing requirements, and advises management on new legislation
Supports internal and external audits related to payroll, 401K, and workers compensation.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree
5+ years of hands-on processing of multi-state payroll experience
Workday payroll experience
Excellent customer service.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Certification
