Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Senior Player Services Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Player Services Supervisor, you will be responsib le for overseeing Player Services Attendants, handling guest needs, processing jackpots, slot machine maintenance, promotions, Player Rewards, jackpot verification, daily paperwork, and dispute resolution. Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to Player Services Attendants, answering team member questions about policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Slot Shift Managers to offer feedback on team performance and assist with jackpot and promotional verifications
• Manage member interactions, including updating databases, distributing rewards, and handling sensitive guest information with confidentiality
• Assist with the execution of games, contests, and promotional activities, while monitoring and performing minor repairs on slot machines and HHR machines
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure rule compliance, resolve machine malfunctions, and assist guests, using active listening to defuse emotionally charged situations

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• No experience or diploma required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and point-of-sale system preferred
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of shift
• Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels
