Insight Global is seeking 3 Senior Principal Startup Engineers to join a federal client of ours in the Aiken, SC area. The individual will be processed for a Q clearance (can start beforehand. Person with active Q or L or person who has held Q or L clearance in last 2 years preferred). These individuals will work in a nuclear facility and perform and document results of startup tests. These individuals need technical knowledge of Startup Testing, design review, procedure development, and test execution. This position requires 40 hour work weeks in a format of 4/10s.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors and 10 years of experience
OR
Masters and 10 years
Eligible for Q or L clearance (someone who held Q or L in last 2 years preferred)
Technical knowledge of Startup Testing including design reviews, procedure development, test execution
Experience implementing Manual 5E, Startup Test Program, and related standards
Minimum 1 year of recent experience testing to support Dept. of Energy (DoE) or the commercial nuclear industry

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Startup Testing Execution qualification Level II or III
Experience developing, reviewing and presenting Technical Work Documents
Active Q or L clearance
