Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Competency in applied statistical methods (Six Sigma), Data analytics, Lean techniques preferred
• CAD design experience or optical simulations a plus
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PP with strong presentation skills
