Senior Product Manager, Android Carrier Connectivity Innovation

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 2 years of experience with Android Connectivity areas like Telephony, eSIM or Satellite
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with eSIM, Satellites, Carrier Connectivity
• 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver features or experiences.
• 5 years of experience in product management shipping consumer features and experiences that involve connectivity, hardware and software.
• Experience with Android or iOS App or platform development
• Excellent user experience intuition; demonstrated success in inventing innovative and user-friendly products
• Excellent technical abilities, in both software and hardware.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define and execute on the Carrier Connectivity for Android, initiatives including eSIM, Calling, Messaging, 5G
• Define and execute features for upcoming Android releases in close collaboration with Engineering, User Experience Researcher/UX Researcher (UX/UXR) and other teams
• Work with core partners such as Connectivity Platform, Messaging and Dialer teams to define the comms strategy for the Android platform
• Engage externally with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Carriers, and Regulators to influence standards, implementations, and adoption
• Define and execute short term and long term roadmaps to deliver differentiated experiences and technology evolutions
