TikTok One serves as the central hub for all creative solutions on TikTok, enabling advertisers to commission authentic ad creatives or branded content from creators, collaborate with vetted partners and production agencies, and leverage insights that enhance creativity and sharpen the skills needed for high-impact ad campaigns.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be focused on creating the next generation of APIs for TikTok One. The TikTok One API allows influencer platforms and agencies to accelerate the growth of creator and branded content opportunities on TikTok. We collaborate with developers to define, build, and launch features that address key pain points and leverage partners' unique capabilities during creator content production process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for TikTok One API, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct research with creator agencies and SaaS platforms to identify market needs and opportunities for the API.
- Create detailed product specifications, define requirements, and make informed decisions to address customer needs and balance trade-offs.
- Define key success metrics and work closely with the Data Science team to assess product performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including product launch and optimization.
- 3+ years of experience with API integrations and platform development.
- Product experience is required in one or more of the following areas: ad tech, creator tools, or creative platforms.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical and business concepts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions.
- Fast learner with sound judgment and creativity.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills in global, cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Product experience in two or more of the following areas: ad tech, creator tools, or creative platforms.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for product launches and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in fast-paced settings such as startups or dynamic industries.
