Description

At Verily, the Data Marketplace Product Manager plays a pivotal role in supercharging the healthcare industry with valuable data. As a product leader within Verily's Precision Health Platform organization, you will be the driving force behind the experience that allow Verily's customers to steward, discover and license data to support their clinical research studies, registry development, virtual care delivery, and the development of digital biomarkers. On any given day you may be solving problems in areas such as data access control, data discovery both outside and inside Verily product experiences, go to market strategies, data license enforcement, and more. Your vision will shape the roadmap and requirements that empower every aspect of Verily's product ecosystem with the right data to deliver the best value. Your work will help to bridge the gap between clinical research and care delivery, advancing precision health and improving millions of lives.

This role involves envisioning end-to-end workflows for professional users, enhancing the user experience across all enterprise-facing tools, and leading a team of product managers to execute this vision.

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, definition and delivery of how data is curated, marketed, exposed and licensed at Verily in order to achieve desired outcomes for our end users - both data producers and consumers.
  • Identify product opportunities and create strategic alignment across the Verily product ecosystem for first and third party data enhancements to power product experiences.
  • Continuously learn and gain insights from the end users of the platform's data capabilities and ensure their needs with respect to the type, format and application of data are being met as part of an iterative development process.
  • Establish and be held accountable for metrics that reflect the impact and return on investment of the capabilities being delivered.
  • Demonstrate organizational agility as you collaborate with and work to enable a wide range of teams and stakeholders across Verily.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading the definition, development and maintenance of platform systems.
  • Experience leading designers, engineers, and clinical informaticists to build technical products in an agile environment.
  • Experience leading cross-organization efforts with stakeholders from many different functions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building digital marketplaces
  • Experience with clinical decision support logic
  • Experience with the licensing and stewardship of large datasets
  • Experiencing working with Machine Learning models
  • Experience working with health data and/or real-world evidence generation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 - $184,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
