The TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product division's goal is to meet all of our privacy, responsibility and compliance requirements while providing the best user experiences to responsibly consume, create, and enjoy content on TikTok. The P&R - Teens and Kids Responsibility team develops products and features to ensure responsible and valued experiences globally.

Responsibilities
- Develop the product strategy, principles and roadmap for user identity on the TikTok platform
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key identity challenges, innovate solutions, define product requirements and drive on-time, impactful launches
- Collaborate closely with engineering and UX to build scalable, extensible and user-friendly identity solutions
- Drive adoption of identity solutions with other product teams' apps
- Manage multiple stakeholders, use data to assess user experience, privacy and compliance constraints and drive optimal decisions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, including several examples of landing consumer and/or enterprise facing impact.
- Experience in identity, privacy, security, regulatory compliance or other related field
- Strong collaboration and team alignment skills, particularly with cross-functional and global leadership teams
- Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills , especially summarizing and expressing complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in identity or age assurance
- Experience developing product vision and roadmaps
- Experience in front-end, backend and/or AI/ML technologies
- Experience in online products or services for minors
- MBA or equivalent Masters degree
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
