In this role, you will focus on roadmapping and long-term strategy and ideas, you will also work with a team of Product Managers on user interface and subjective aspects of image and video quality.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google's artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Product Managers to roadmap, refine, and execute features from concept to launch that represent AI, image quality, the Pixel ecosystem, vertical integration and hardware, and more.
  • Support a team of product managers through coaching, career planning, role definition, and more.
  • Learn about the technology underlying computational photography, computational videography, and how to evaluate image quality subjectively and objectively.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineers from Research, Camera Software, Hardware, Silicon, Google Photos, and Pixel Software.
  • Develop an understanding of both platform-centric and product-centric approaches to products and how to balance between them.
