Creativity is the soul of advertising. The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

We are seeking a TikTok Ads Creative Insight Product Manager to contribute to the development and advancement of the TikTok Ads Creative Insight product, providing deep insights and data-driven ad creative strategies.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the team to participate in the planning, development, and launch of the TikTok Ads Creative Insight product.
-Analyze ad creative data and trends to provide accurate insights and recommendations for effective ad creative strategies.
-Work closely with internal teams, including data analysts, ad operations, and product development, to optimize ad creative.
-Monitor industry trends and competitors, making timely adjustments and improvements to product features to maintain a competitive edge.
-Communicate with clients, understand their needs and feedback, and provide professional advice and solutions.

Qualifications

-5+ years of product management experience in marketing, advertising or creative related products and tools direction;
-have a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media buying and ad optimization;
-Strong data analysis and insight capabilities, familiar with ad creative-related metrics and tools.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate with multiple teams and build strong relationships with clients.
-Project management and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Keen awareness of ad tech and digital marketing trends, with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
