Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and launch of innovative tooling products for TikTok LIVE, aligning with the company's vision and user needs for the TikTok LIVE tool
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing, to ensure successful product outcomes from concept to deployment.
- Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
- Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
- Engage with the creator community to understand their needs and challenges, translating insights into product features that enhance their live streaming experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure TikTok LIVE maintains its leadership position in live broadcasting technology.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech, social media, or live streaming sectors.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling high-impact products, with a strong understanding of the live streaming ecosystem.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive vision, alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Creativity and passion for creating engaging user experiences, with a user-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
